| Individual Tax Preparation |
| We offer year round preparation of Federal and State individual income tax returns of all types. Basic returns, containing wages, interest, dividends and itemized deductions are prepared in addition to returns containing items of a more complex nature such as self-employment, capital gains, rental properties, employee stock options or alternative minimum taxes. All states are available for processing and returns requiring multi-state filings are also prepared. We also offer electronic filing (e-file) and direct deposit of refunds. |

| We offer preparation of a full range of Federal and State business tax returns, including LLC's, Partnerships, Corporations and S-Corporations. We meet with many of our business clients on a quarterly basis throughout the year for purposes of tax planning and to make timely and informed management decisions. |

| We maintain a complete payroll processing department which provides a full range of services as follows: employee payroll checks calculated, printed and ready for your signature, preparation of required federal and state tax deposit checks, preparation of federal and state quarterly payroll tax reports and processing of annual employee W-2's. | We offer a varitey of Quickbooks advisory services to our clients. For those new to Quickbooks, we will assist you and your staff in the installation, set up and implementation of Quickbooks accounting software for your business.
